Tammy Lott, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 25 years of counseling experience. With her expertise in medical psychology, adjustment to disability, migraine and tension headaches, conversion disorder, stress management, anxiety, and depression, Tammy is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and find their path to a fulfilling life.

Tammy's passion for counseling was ignited during her Master's degree program at Northern Illinois University in 1996. Since then, she has honed her skills in a diverse range of settings, including community agencies, hospitals (both inpatient and outpatient), and private practice. Her extensive background allows her to offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy.

With 14 years of invaluable experience in the hospital environment, Tammy has provided unwavering support to medical patients facing various adversities.

From multiple traumas to new onset and chronic illnesses, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke, she has guided individuals towards healing and resilience. Beyond the medical realm, Tammy specializes in assisting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and adjustment difficulties. Her expertise is extensive in these areas which provides her clients cutting edge interventions.
