Jacki Ejka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience. Her journey began at the University of St. Francis, where she pursued a major in Social Work, fueling her passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. Choosing to expand her knowledge and skills, Jacki completed a Master of Social Work degree at Governors State University.


Throughout her career, Jacki has worked in diverse settings, including working with severely emotionally disordered children and adolescents through SASS and school social work environments. Her expertise lies in assisting children and adolescents struggling with severe emotional dysregulation, along with their families. She empathetically guides her clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress management, and family stressors, including acute and chronic mood disorders.


Currently, Jacki dedicates her time as a full-time school social worker, wholeheartedly supporting students in achieving success within the educational system. She specializes in helping school-age children develop essential anger management skills and social competencies. Her experience extends to working with individuals facing attention and hyperactivity issues, allowing her to provide comprehensive and tailored support. Jacki truly enjoys working with women and men to help increase their self image and meet their goals.


Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Jacki resided in the Plainfield/Joliet area for 15 years before embarking on a new chapter in her life. Grounded in a strength-based perspective, she primarily employs solution-focused therapy as her therapeutic approach. Jacki's belief in the power of self-empowerment drives her dedication to assisting people in living the lives they truly love.
